Though if we're honest, most residents take six minutes to get there — there's a coffee and ice cream shop on the corner that's hard to walk past.

Many retirement communities are tucked away on the edge of town. Not The Grove. We're right in the centre of Orewa, surrounded by everything you need for daily life.
